摘 要:在水力枢纽中,拦污漂主要用于河道、水域的漂浮物拦截,其动作方向主要是随水位变化而在垂直方向进行升降。航道中聚集大量漂浮物不利于升船机长期安全稳定运行,对电厂环境形象也会产生不利影响。目前经常使用的方法为定期清理及加装拦污漂。对于有通航功能的水力枢纽,需要在无船只通行时将漂浮物拦截,在船只通行时打开,从而具有“航道门”的性质,因此普通的拦污漂并不能满足要求。对拦污漂进行改造,使其不仅可以随库水位垂直方向自适应,还可以根据工况要求在水平方向实现自动“启闭”,从而达成航道可用的新型自动拦污漂。In water conservancy hubs,the interception float is mainly used to intercept floating objects in rivers and water bodies,and its movement direction is mainly to rise and fall vertically with changes in water level.The accumulation of a large number of floating objects in the waterway is not conducive to the long-term safe and stable operation of the ship lift,and it will also have a negative impact on the environmental image of the power plant.The commonly used methods at present are regular cleaning and installation of debris traps.For water conservancy hubs with navigation functions,it is necessary to intercept floating debris when there are no ships passing through,and open it when ships pass through,thus possessing the property of a"channel gate".Therefore,ordinary interception floats cannot meet the requirements.This article proposes a modification to the trash trap,which not only adapts to the vertical direction of the reservoir water level,but also automatically"opens and closes"in the horizontal direction according to the working conditions,thus achieving a new type of automatic trash trap that can be used in waterways.
