摘 要:断路器三相不一致保护包括微机断路器非全相保护和断路器本体三相不一致保护,断路器本体三相不一致保护能够弥补微机断路器三相不一致保护的电流判据逻辑不满足的三相不一致故障的缺点。本体三相不一致保护由启动元件、时间元件、出口元件组成,由于元件故障或误碰使回路接通,导致断路器误动作。通过分析工程常用的本体三相不一致回路,提出可有效避免元件故障或误碰使回路接通,导致断路器误动作的回路设计方案。新建或改建项目可直接延用此回路设计方案,对已投产断路器可参照此方案进行回路优化,可提高断路器本体三相不一致保护的可靠性。Three-phase inconsistency protection of circuit breakers includes microcomputer circuit breaker non full phase protection and circuit breaker body three-phase inconsistency protection.Three-phase inconsistency protection of the circuit breaker body can compensate for the disadvantage of three-phase inconsistency faults that the current criterion logic of the microcomputer circuit breaker three-phase inconsistency protection does not meet.Three-phase inconsistency protection of the main body consists of a starting element,a time element,and an outlet element.Due to component failure or accidental contact,the circuit breaker is mistakenly activated.By analyzing the commonly used three-phase inconsistent circuit in engineering,this paper proposes a circuit design scheme that can effectively avoid component failures or accidental contact that may cause circuit breaker tripping.This circuit design scheme can be directly applied to new or renovated projects.For circuit breakers that have already been put into operation,this scheme can be referred to for circuit optimization,which can improve the reliability of three-phase inconsistency protection of the circuit breaker body.
