摘  要:随着科学技术的进步,水电厂各类设备的可靠性、智能性不断提升,使得大型水电站同样可以转为无人值班模式。但是水电站由现场值守转为无人值班模式后,相应的对现场应急待命人员的技术技能水平、现场应急处置能力的要求更高。在水电厂事故处置过程中,会因为人员技术技能水平、心理素质、精神状态等多种因素而呈现出不同的效果。景洪电厂位于云南省景洪市,距离市区5 km,是澜沧江-湄公河流域中国境内最末级水电枢纽。因此景洪电厂不仅有发电任务,同时还肩负着航运、下游生态流量的重要任务,特别是在电厂发生事故情况下,如处置不当将引起国际纠纷。随着移动互联网络的快速发展,智能移动终端凭借其服务使用的便捷性,功能集成的多样性,通信交互的即时性等特点在生产管理的企业级应用中扮演着愈发重要的角色,因此研发一种能够在水电厂事故应急处置过程中起到有效指导功能的APP尤为重要。With the advancement of science and technology,the reliability and intelligence of various equipment in hydropower plants continue to improve,enabling large hydropower stations to also switch to unmanned operation mode.However,after the hydropower station transitions from on-site monitoring to unmanned monitoring mode,the corresponding requirements for the technical skills and emergency response capabilities of on-site standby personnel are higher.In the process of handling accidents in hydropower plants,different effects may be presented due to various factors such as personnel's technical skills,psychological quality,and mental state.Jinghong Power Plant is located in Jinghong City,Yunnan Province,5 km away from the city center.It is the final hydropower hub in the Lancang Mekong River Basin in China.Therefore,Jinghong Power Plant not only has the task of generating electricity,but also shoulders important tasks such as shipping and downstream ecological flow.Especially in the event of accidents in power plants,improper handling can lead to international disputes.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,intelligent mobile terminals are playing an increasingly important role in the enterprise application of production management by virtue of their convenient use of services,diversity of function integration,instant communication interaction and other characteristics.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop an APP that can provide effective guidance during the emergency response process of hydropower plant accidents.
