摘 要:以一座主跨480 m的高低塔钢箱叠合梁斜拉桥为例,首先,采用Midas/Civil软件建立了斜拉桥施工全过程有限元模型;然后,研究了结构各构件的弹性模量、重量、无应力索长等设计参数变化对斜拉桥成桥状态下结构力学行为的影响,并基于综合敏感因子量化了主梁线形、塔偏、索力以及主梁应力等结构响应对各设计参数的敏感程度;最后,研究了斜拉桥最大悬臂状态下端部竖向位移随温度的变化规律。结果表明:无应力索长制造误差对结构受力影响最大,综合敏感因子为0.9880;主梁重量影响次之,综合敏感因子为0.0042;拉索、主梁、索塔与桥面板弹性模量影响不大;拉索重量影响最小。基于此,建议在高低塔钢箱叠合梁斜拉桥施工监控时重点控制拉索无应力索长与主梁重量,同时注意温度的影响。Taking a steel box composite girder cable-stayed bridge with unequal-height towers with main span of 480m as an example,first,a finite element model of the entire construction process of the cable-stayed bridge was established by using Midas/Civil software.Then,the influence of changes in design parameters such as elastic modulus,bulk weight and cable manufacturing length of various structural members on the structural mechanical behavior of the cable-stayed bridge in the completed state was studied,and the sensitivity of structural responses such as main beam alignment,tower deflection,cable force and main beam stress to various design parameters was quantified based on comprehensive sensitivity factors.Finally,the variation of vertical displacement at the lower end of the cable-stayed bridge with temperature in the maximum cantilever state was studied.The results show that the manufacturing error of unstressed cable length has the greatest impact on the structural stress,with a comprehensive sensitivity factor of 0.9880,and the main beam weight has the second impact,with a comprehensive sensitivity factor of 0.0042.The elastic modulus of cables,main beams,towers,and bridge decks has little influence,and the weight of cables has the least influence.It is recommended to focus on controlling the unstressed cable length and main beam weight when monitoring the construction of steel box composite girder cable-stayed bridge with unequal-height towers,while also paying attention to the influence of temperature.
