污水处理池的淤泥层地基处治方法研究

摘　　要：为研究在含软弱淤泥层地基上建造污水处理池时有效的地基处治方法,本文以福建漳浦县某污水处理池为研究对象,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,通过对比采用预制桩法与换填法处治污水处理池地基时的受力与变形状态,分析了两种处治措施的有效性。研究结果表明:预制桩法可将污水处理池大部分荷载转移至桩端卵石层,从而相应地降低了作用在淤泥层的荷载,有效地满足了地基承载力及其沉降变形的要求;使用换填法处治地基时,荷载经砂砾层承载和扩散后,产生的压应力和沉降变形分布较为均匀,较好地改善了地基的承载力,对水池的安全稳定起到积极作用,但在控制地基沉降变形程度方面不如预制桩法。In order to study the effective reinforcement measures for constructing a sewage treatment pond on a foundation containing weak silt layers and explore their suitable foundation treatment methods,a sewage treatment pond in Zhangpu County,Fujian Province was taken as the research object,and ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to compare the stress and deformation status of prefabricated square piles and replacement methods for treating the foundation of the sewage treatment pond,and the effectiveness of the two treatment measures was analyzed.The research results show that prefabricated square piles can transfer most of the load of the sewage treatment pond to the pebble layer at the end of the pile,thereby correspondingly reducing the load acting on the silt layer,and effectively meeting the requirements of foundation bearing capacity and settlement deformation;When the replacement and filling method is used to treat the foundation,the compressive stress and settlement deformation generated after the load is carried and diffused by the gravel layer are relatively evenly distributed,which better improves the bearing capacity of the foundation and has a positive effect on the safety and stability of the pool.However,compared to the square pile treatment method,it is slightly insufficient in controlling the degree of foundation settlement deformation.
