摘  要:针对大跨度混凝土拱桥金属构件焊接接头焊接区域容易出现裂纹问题,提出大跨度混凝土拱桥金属构件焊接接头抗拉强度测试方法。通过处理接头抗拉强度,得到标准化处理后的正常测试点,消除测试变量之间的差异影响。选择与抗拉强度密切相关的组分含量作为输入特征,基于对组分含量的相互作用,建立金属构件焊接接头抗拉强度的测试参数,对其求解得出抗拉强度测试参数值。利用Jmatpro软件进行参数计算和优化,得到拱桥金属构件焊接接头的抗拉强度值。实验结果表明,在测试不同焊接速度、搅拌头转速与轴肩压深时,所提方法测试结果与真实值大致相同,且测试最大值误差仅为2 MPa。In view of the problem that cracks are prone to occur in the welding area of welded joints of metal compo⁃nents of long-span concrete arch bridges,a tensile strength test method for welded joints of metal components of long-span concrete arch bridges was proposed.By treating the tensile strength of the joint,the normal test point after standardized treatment was obtained,and the difference between the test variables was eliminated.The component content closely related to the tensile strength was selected as the input feature.Based on the interaction of the com⁃ponent content,the test parameters of the tensile strength of welded metal component joints were established,and the test parameter values were obtained.The Jmatpro software was used to calculate and optimize the parame⁃ters,the tensile strength values of welded metal joints of arch bridges were obtained.The experimental results showed that the test results of the proposed method were are about the same as the real values when testing differ⁃ent welding speeds,stirring head speeds and shoulder pressure depths,and the maximum error of the test value was only 2 MPa.
