摘  要:为提高胶粘剂材料的环保性和粘接性能,试验以采用种子乳液聚合法,采用制备复配乳化剂体系制备丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,添加小分子量丙烯酸酯乳液进行共混,制备改性丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,并对其配方进行优化。结果表明,适宜过硫酸铵(APS)引发剂掺量为0.45%、种子乳液掺量为8%、乳化剂掺量为0.9%、小分子量丙烯酸酯乳液占比为20%。在优化配方下,制备的丙烯酸酯胶粘剂持粘力为43 h,180°剥离强度为7.82 N/(25 mm),具备良好内聚力和粘接性能,符合高性能丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的标准要求。In order to improve the environmental protection and bonding performance of the adhesive material,the acrylic adhesive was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization method,the compound emulsifier system was pre⁃pared,and the modified acrylic adhesive was prepared by adding small molecular weight acrylic emulsion for blend⁃ing,and its formula was optimized.The results showed that the optimum dosage of ammonium persulfate(APS)ini⁃tiator was 0.45%,seed lotion was 8%,emulsifier was 0.9%,and the small molecular weight acrylate lotion was 20%.Under the optimized formula,the prepared acrylic adhesive had a holding force of 43 hours and a 180°peel strength of 7.82 N/(25 mm).It has good cohesion and bonding performance,meeting the standard requirements of high-per⁃formance acrylic adhesive.
