In order to better treat patients with bone defects and improve the performance of bone repair materials,a new type of composite bone rehabilitation materials was prepared by combining silk fibroin modified materials(SFMM),chitosan(CS)and mineralized collagen(MC),and its properties and application effects were studied. The results showed that with the increase of SFMM content, the compressive elastic modulus of SFMM/CS compos⁃ite material increased and the degradation rate decreased.Among them, the compressive modulus of 5wt%SFMM composite material increased by 64.7%and the degradation rate decreased by 42.2%compared to 1wt%SFMM composite material. At the same time, increasing the SFMM content reduced the swelling performance of the com⁃posite material and promoted cell proliferation.Adding mineralized collagen(MC)could reduce the degradation rate of composite materials and enhance their cellular compatibility. In clinical applications, the application effect of SFMM/CS/MC composite materials was good.SFMM/CS/MC composite materials have good comprehensive prop⁃erties and can be used to treat patients with bone defects.
