摘 要:本研究制备了2种新型的凝胶蛋白泡沫。系统地分析了凝胶蛋白泡沫的微观结构、发泡性能、稳定性和保水能力,筛选出3种最佳配方,然后与商用成膜氟蛋白泡沫(FFFP)进行了灭火和回燃性能的对比测试。试验结果表明,灭火效率最好的凝胶蛋白泡沫是SA/CaCl_(2)比为9∶1,浓度为0.1%的配方。其平均泡径和水分损失率分别为128.06μm和33.64%,而FFFP的平均泡径和水分损失率分别为268.72μm和46.37%。灭火试验还证实了这种凝胶蛋白泡沫具有最佳的冷却和回燃性能,其90%回燃时间比FFFP增加了55.65%。本文为进一步研制凝胶泡沫灭火剂用于扑灭油罐火灾提供了重要的数据参考。In this study,two new kinds of gel protein foams were prepared.The microstructure,foaming properties,stability and water retention ability of the gel protein foam were systematically analyzed,three optimal formulations were selected,and then the fire extinguishing and reignition properties were compared with those of commercial film formed fluoroprotein foam(FFFP).The results showed that the gel protein foam with SA/CaCl2 ratio of 9∶1 and concentration of 0.1%had the best fire extinguishing efficiency.The average bubble diameter and water loss rate of FFFP were 128.06μm and 33.64%,respectively,while the average bubble diameter and water loss rate of FFFP were 268.72μm and 46.37%,respectively.Fire suppression tests also confirmed that the gel protein foam had the best cooling and backfiring properties,and its 90%backfiring time was 55.65%higher than FFFP.This pa⁃per provides an important data reference for the further development of gel foam fire extinguishing agent for extin⁃guishing oil tank fires.
