摘 要:针对传统的装配式建筑保温材料普遍存在水泥发泡效果不充分的问题,为实现新型保温材料在装配式建筑中的有效应用,研究提出了一种含有发泡水泥和相变微胶囊的相变复合保温材料,并通过微观表征观察、导热系数测试以及传热实验测试等手段来探究该材料的隔热保温性能。实验研究发现,掺入相变微胶囊的相变复合保温材料导热系数较低,并且当相变微胶囊质量比为5%时复合保温材料的发泡较为充分,并且体现出了较为理想的保温隔热性能。相比于单纯水泥材料具有十分显著的保温隔热优势,具有一定的应用价值。In view of the problem that the cement foaming effect is not sufficient in the traditional prefabricated building insulation materials,in order to achieve the effective application of new insulation materials in prefabricat⁃ed buildings,a phase change composite insulation material containing foamed cement and phase change microcap⁃sules was proposed,and the thermal insulation performance of the material was explored by means of microscopic characterization observation,thermal conductivity test and heat transfer experimental test.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of the phase change composite insulation material doped with phase change mi⁃crocapsules was low,and when the mass ratio of phase change microcapsules was 5%,the foaming of the composite insulation material was more sufficient,and it reflected relatively ideal insulation performance.Compared with sim⁃ple cement materials,it has very significant thermal insulation advantages and has certain application value.
