摘 要:研究采用面密度为30 g/m2的阻燃非织造布与阻燃纱线缝制蓄热调温热防护材料,分别设置不同的多层织物系统的组合方式,并进行热舒适性和热防护性能测试。在对相关性能进行测试的过程中,选择的辐射强度为42 kW/m^(2),辐射时间180 s。综合分析实验结果可以发现,在保持相变温度43℃述评条件下,使用MPCM用量为织物质量45%的多层织物系统外层-防水透湿层-隔热层-阻燃非织造布-舒适层-MP43的综合性能较为理想,与其他组合相比较,具备较好的热防护性能和热舒适性能,是一种较为理想的材料。In this study,the flame retardant nonwovens with an areal density of 30 g/m2 and flame retardant yarns were used to sew heat storage and temperature control thermal protective materials,and different combinations of multi-layer fabric systems were set up,and thermal comfort and thermal protection performance tests were carried out.In the process of testing the relevant performance,the selected radiation intensity was 42 kW/m2 and the radia⁃tion time was 180 seconds.Through comprehensive analysis of the experimental results,it was found that under the condition of maintaining a phase transition temperature of 43℃,the comprehensive performance of the outer layer of the multilayer fabric system-waterproof and moisture permeable layer-thermal insulation layer-flame retar⁃dant nonwovens-comfort layer-MP43 with MPCM dosage of 45%of the fabric mass was ideal,and compared with other combinations,it had better thermal protection performance and thermal comfort performance,which is an ideal material.
