摘　　要：防腐是工矿企业面临的重要问题,随着国家对环保政策的高要求,高标准,大量的火力发电厂均安装脱硫系统,而脱硫装置中的吸收塔、烟道、浆液泵进出口等设备腐蚀问题严重,原有的防腐材料可能存在脱落、起皮、鼓包等现象。无论是合金防腐、橡胶防腐还是玻璃鳞片防腐等均会发生材料的变形及损坏等。研究主要针对新疆哈密大南湖电厂一期2×300 MW燃煤锅炉的2套石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置中的一些浆液循环泵进出口管道、弯头,喷淋层的配件更换,原烟道入口修复及吸收塔内缺陷的消除。Anti-corrosion is an important issue faced by industrial and mining enterprises,with the high require⁃ments and high standards of the national environmental protection policy,a large number of thermal power plants are installed with desulfurization systems,however,the absorption tower,flue,slurry pump inlet and outlet equip⁃ment in the desulfurization device has serious corrosion problems,and the original anti-corrosion materials may fall off,peel,bulge and other phenomena.Whether it is alloy anticorrosion,rubber anticorrosion orglass flake anticorro⁃sion,the deformation and damage of materials will occur.The research mainly focused on the replacement of some slurry circulating pump inlet and outlet pipes,elbows,and parts of the spray layer,the repair of the original flue gas inlet and the elimination of defects in the absorption tower in the two sets of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfur⁃ization units of the first phase of the 2×300 MW coal-fired boiler of the Hami Dananhu Power Plant in Xinjiang.
