摘 要:在工控网络中施工测绘数据的无线传输会受到多链路间的相互干扰,导致施工测绘数据的丢包率较高,因此提出多链路干扰下工控网络中施工测绘数据传输控制方法。分析工控网络的结构特点,并对施工测绘数据进行纠错和跳尖处理,排除异常值,从而得到正确完整的数据。在进行数据预处理后,构建数据传输模型;同时构建调度冲突模型。将数据传输模型和调度冲突模型进行综合分析,构建数据传输控制函数,完成施工测绘数据的传输控制。实验结果表明,相较于现有的数据传输控制方法,所提方法的传输成功率高、数据传输时延短、数据传输丢包率低和数据接收率高。The wireless transmission of construction surveying data in industrial control networks is subject to mutu⁃al interference between multiple links,resulting in a high packet loss rate of construction surveying data.Therefore,a control method for construction surveying data transmission in industrial control networks under multi link inter⁃ference was proposed.The structural characteristics of the industrial control network were analyzed,the construc⁃tion surveying and mapping data were corrected and jumped,and the outliers are eliminated,so as to obtain correct and complete data.After data preprocessing,the data transmission model was constructed.At the same time,a scheduling conflict model was constructed.The data transmission model and scheduling conflict model were com⁃prehensively analyzed,and the data transmission control function was constructed to complete the transmission con⁃trol of construction surveying and mapping data.The experimental results showed that compared to existing data transmission control methods,the proposed method had a high transmission success rate,short data transmission de⁃lay,low data transmission packet loss rate,and high data reception rate.
