摘　　要：建立水土保持生态产品价值实现机制,是落实习近平生态文明思想的重要任务,是水土保持高质量发展的内在要求。目前水土保持生态产品“难度量、难抵押、难交易、难变现”。通过对有关理论研究及实践探索工作的总结与梳理,厘清了水土保持生态产品的内涵及重要意义,系统辨析了水土保持生态产品的属性特征、产品特点、价值构成、功能定位和产业化路径等内容,并对水土保持生态产品价值实现的关键环节进行了讨论,从提高认识、出台相关标准、拓宽实现路径、提升水土保持生态产品价值、强化水土保持生态产品监测评估等方面提出建议,以期为建立健全水土保持生态产品价值实现机制提供决策思考与支持。Establishing a mechanism to realize value of ecological products for soil and water conservation shall be the main task for the implementation of ecological civilization thought of Xi Jinping and the inherent need of high quality development.Currently,ecological products for soil and water conservation are difficult to quantify,mortgage,trade,and monetize.Through summary and review of relevant theoretical research and practices,it is possible to define their connotation and significance.Systematic analysis has been made on attribute characteristics,product features,value composition,functional positioning,and industrialization path of the ecological products.Key links for realizing the value of the ecological products are discussed with suggestions in the respects of raising awareness,issuing relevant standards,broadening implementation paths,enhancing their value and strengthening monitoring and evaluation,so as to provide support for decision-making and establishment of a robust mechanism to realize the value of ecological products for soil and water conservation.
