摘  要:由于温度载荷的周期变化导致缸盖产生较大的塑性变形,进而导致缸盖发生低周疲劳破坏,本文基于有限元方法,对发动机低周循环进行精确的瞬态温度场分析,并与实测温度场进行对比,通过sehitoglu低周疲劳分析理论,研究温度变化对发动机气缸盖低周疲劳寿命的影响,找出薄弱区域并提出优化方案。经过研究发现,缸盖水套倒角位置的低周寿命存在较大的风险,主要是由于圆角尺寸较小导致,通过增加圆角尺寸可以改善整体的疲劳寿命。Due to the periodic change of temperature load,the cylinder head produces large plastic deformation,which leads to the low-cycle fatigue failure of the cylinder head.Based on the finite element method,this paper carries out accurate transient temperature field analysis of the low-cycle cycle of the engine,and compares it with the measured temperature field.The influence of temperature change on low cycle fatigue life of engine cylinder head is studied,the weak area is found out and the optimization scheme is put forward.After research,it was found that the low cycle life of the chamfer position of the cylinder head water jacket is at greater risk,mainly due to the small fillet size,and the overall fatigue life can be improved by increasing the fillet size.
