摘  要:航空发动机,被誉为工业界的璀璨明珠,其发展水平往往体现了一个国家的综合实力,因此新一代航空发动机的研制需要漫长的生产周期。当前由于航空发动机管类铸件的生产难度大,质量难以保证,这成为了制约航空发动机发展的难题。因此,本文通过对航空发动机某管类铸件的模具设计制造,特别是采用ZL101A合金的低压金属型铸造的管类铸件,对该类铸件的合格率进行提升。本文首先对铸件的结构及成形性分析,设计铸造系统,并通过铸造系统制备铸件内芯及模具。最后,设计的铸件模具成功进行了生产。Aviation engines,known as the shining jewels of the industry,often reflect a country's comprehensive strength in their development level.Therefore,the development of the new generation of aviation engines requires a long production cycle.Currently,due to the high production difficulty and quality assurance of aviation engine tube castings,this has become a challenge that restricts the development of aviation engines.Therefore,this article improves the qualification rate of a certain type of pipe casting for aircraft engines by designing and manufacturing molds,especially those made of ZL101A alloy in low-pressure metal molds.This article first analyzes the structure and formability of castings,designs a casting system,and prepares the inner core and mold of castings through the casting system.Finally,the designed casting mold was successfully produced.
