摘 要:本文所设计系统主要由风道、风力机和发电机组成,从风道进入刹车盘中的气流,推动风力机旋转,通过空气动力学原理将风能转换成机械能,驱动发电机将机械能(叶片旋转产生)转换成为电能,储存到蓄电池中,用于车辆的各种电器设备。本系统主要通过在刹车盘附近设计的发电装置,将车辆运行过程中的风能转化为电能储存起来,用于提升电动汽车的续航里程,并通过优化刹车盘结构实现车辆刹车盘的高效降温,实现刹车盘发电和降温的双重作用,从而达到节能减排和提升汽车制动可靠性的目的。The system designed in this paper is mainly composed of an air duct,a wind turbine and a generator.The airflow entering the brake disc from the air duct drives the wind turbine to rotate,converting wind energy into mechanical energy through the principles of aerodynamics,driving the generator to convert mechanical energy(generated by the rotation of blades)into electrical energy,which is stored in the battery and used for various electrical equipment in the vehicle.This system mainly converts the wind energy during the operation of the vehicle through the power generation device designed near the brake disc,which is stored in electrical energy to improve the mileage of electric vehicles,and through optimizing the brake disc structure to achieve the efficient cooling of the vehicle brake disc,realizing The dual effects of braking tray power generation and cooling,thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction and improving the reliability of automobile braking.
