摘 要:介绍了数控机床对刀技术的概念,详细阐述了现在常用的几种对刀方法的原理及其优缺点,描述了基于机器视觉的数控机床刀具补偿技术的实现原理和实现过程,针对机器视觉对刀技术研究热点的国内外发展现状进行了详细研究,重点探讨了视觉对刀仪和刀具图象处理算法的国内外研究现状,并指出了基于机器视觉的对刀技术的发展趋势和特点,对中国基于视觉技术的对刀仪的开发具备一定参考意义,对中国的数控机床自动对刀技术智能化改造具备一定的指导意义。The concept of tool technology for CNC machine tools are introduced.Elaborating the principles and advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used tool methods.The realization principle and realization process of tool compensation technology for CNC machine tools based on machine vision are described.Making a detailed study on the development status of hot research spots of machine vision tool technology at home and abroad.Discussing the research status of visual tool setting and tool image processing algorithm at home and abroad,and pointing out the development trend and characteristics of tool setting technology based on machine vision,which has certain reference significance for the development of tool setting instrument based on vision technology in our country,and has certain guiding significance for the intelligent transformation of automatic tool setting technology of CNC machine tools in our country.
