摘　　要：随着全国各地数字化政府转型的信息化建设开展,政务信息整合及共享场景的转变带来了数据流转环境的巨大转变。政务信息系统整合中存在着数据来源众多、政务平台架构各异、数据共享交换隐患多、安全保障能力薄弱等诸多问题。本文构建了政务系统数据资源共享联盟链,利用区块链去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特点,研发了适用于政务数据资源共享领域的BaaS(区块链即服务)平台,提供了基于区块链的数据安全共享模型和实现技术,为政务信息系统整合和共享提供了可参考的实践案例。With the informationization construction of digital government transformation across the country,the transformation of government information integration and sharing scenarios has brought about a huge change in the data flow environment.There are many problems in the integration of government information systems,such as numerous data sources,diverse government platform architectures,multiple hidden dangers in data sharing and exchange,and weak security capabilities.This article constructs a government system data resource sharing alliance chain,which utilizes the characteristics of blockchain decentralization,immutability,and traceability to develop a BaaS(Blockchain as a Service)platform suitable for the field of government data resource sharing.It provides a blockchain based data security sharing model and implementation technology,and provides reference practical cases for the integration and sharing of government information systems.
