基于Halcon白色编织袋的袋顶识别方法研究

摘　　要：在人力成本日益攀升,企业对自动化、智能化水平要求越来越高的当下,用机器视觉代替人眼实现产品的检测将会越来越普遍。本文研究了两种基于Halcon的白色编织袋袋顶识别方法,通过图像处理技术,实现对编织袋袋顶的自动识别并定位出袋顶所在位置,以便引导机械臂对袋顶进行切割。实验结果表明,所提出的两种方法识别误差在设计允许误差范围之内,效果比较好,具有一定的应用价值。In the current era where labor costs are increasing and enterprises demand higher levels of automation and intelligence,using machine vision instead of human eyes to achieve product detection will become increasingly common.This article studies two white woven bag top recognition methods based on Halcon.Through image processing technology,automatic recognition of the woven bag top is achieved and the position of the bag top is located,in order to guide the robotic arm to cut the bag top.The experimental results show that the two proposed methods for identifying errors are within the allowable design error range and have good performance,with certain application value.
