社会创新视角下院前急救的服务设计方法研究

摘　　要：探究社会创新在院前急救领域的服务设计中所体现出的应用价值、指导意义,以及在其背景下的急救相关服务的设计策略。阐述和分析国内内外典型急救产品服务系统案例和研究,归纳总结针对社会创新的院前急救服务的重要设计原则,针对其特征和价值,进行设计工具化输出。提出情境化问题研究,多代理主体引导系统设计框架,基于ESIA原则的产品设计与功能验证3个服务设计方法,给出具体服务设计工具的改造案例。场景特性适配,多维主体的联结,流程的优化决定了急救产品系统是否具有良好的场景契合度,系统运行支撑和流程效率保障,为今后以社会创新为背景的院前急救服务设计领域的研究提供了参考依据。To explore the application value and guiding significance of social innovation in the service design of pre-hospital emergency care,as well as the design methods of emergency care related services under its background.This paper expounds and analyzes the cases and studies of typical emergency product service systems at home and abroad,summarizes the important design principles of pre-hospital emergency services for social innovation,and outputs the design tools according to their characteristics and values.This paper proposes a contextualized problem research,a multi-agent agent-guided system design framework,and three service design methods based on ESIA principles for product design and functional verification,and gives a transformation case of specific service design tools.The adaptation of scene characteristics,the link of multi-dimensional subjects,and the optimization of process determine whether the emergency product system has a good scene fit,system operation support and process efficiency guarantee,which provides a reference basis for future research in the field of pre-hospital emergency service design with social innovation as the background.
