历史名人档案赋能德育教育的实践探索——来自吉林大学的案例研究

摘　　要：历史名人档案是我国具有重要意义和价值的档案资源。为了充分挖掘和发挥历史名人档案在德育教育中的指导作用与现实意义,对历史名人档案文化资源在文化、育人、激励、导向方面的拓展功能进行了梳理,探讨其在保证德育教育的政治方向、丰富德育教育的政治素材、增强德育教育的感染力和说服力3方面的路径,并以吉林大学历史名人纪念馆为案例,调查了吉林大学354名师生,在此基础上进一步探讨和总结历史名人档案赋能德育教育的具体做法。Historical celebrity archives are significant and valuable archival resources in China.In order to fully explore and leverage the guiding role and practical significance of historical celebrity archives in moral education,the expanded functions of cultural resources of historical celebrity archives in terms of culture,education,motivation and guidance were sorted out,and their paths in ensuring the political direction of moral education,enriching political materials of moral education,and enhancing the infectivity and persuasiveness of moral education were explored.Taking the Historical Celebrity Memorial Hall of Jilin University as a study case,the survey was conducted on 354 teachers and students at Jilin University,and based on this,specific methods for empowering moral education with historical celebrity archives were further explored and summarized.
