摘　　要：为了深入了解我国省级综合档案馆口述档案资源的建设现状,并为今后的建设工作提供参考,需要加快口述档案资源建设的工作步伐。通过对20个省级综合档案馆网站开展调研,结合调研所得数据进行编码统计与定量分析,发现口述档案资源建设目前面临的困境与问题。针对这些问题,提出了从口述档案资源主题、制度建设、人才队伍建设等方面的发展建议。由于我国省级综合档案馆口述档案资源建设还处于发展阶段,因此在采集方式、机构设置、政策规划、标准规范等方面仍有待进一步完善与改进。In order to gain a profound understanding of the current status of oral archive resource construction in China's provincial-level comprehensive archives and provide reference for future endeavors,it is imperative to accelerate the pace of oral archive resource development.Through a survey conducted on 20 provincial comprehensive archives websites,coupled with the coding,statistical analysis,and quantitative evaluation of the survey data,we have identified the difficulties and issues currently confronting the construction of oral archive resources.In response to these findings,we propose development suggestions encompassing the themes,system development,and talent team construction of oral archive resources.Given that the construction of oral archive resources in China's provincial-level comprehensive archives is still in its developmental stage,there remains ample room for improvement and refinement in areas such as collection methods,institutional setups,policy planning,and the establishment of standards and norms.
