摘　　要：中国古代档案文献是中华优秀传统文化的重要载体,汇聚了丰富的历史信息和文化价值。运用现代档案学理论,采用科学的古籍整理方法和数字化技术,对古代档案文献进行抢救、保护、开发与利用,是新时期档案工作的重要任务。通过梳理中国古代档案文献整理和数字化的必要性,系统总结档案整理工作的基本原则、核心内容和关键环节,深入探讨数字化工作涉及的技术路线、元数据标准、管理规范等理论与方法,旨在为中国古代档案文献的保护传承、价值挖掘、创新利用提供理论支撑和实践指导。Ancient Chinese archival documents are important carriers of Chinese excellent traditional culture,gathering rich historical information and cultural value.It is an important task of archival work in the new period to rescue,protect,develop and utilize ancient archives by using modern archival science theory,scientific ancient book sorting method and digital technology.By sorting out the necessity of the collation and digitization of ancient Chinese archives and documents,this paper systematically summarizes the basic principles,core contents and key links of the collation work,and deeply discusses the theories and methods involved in the digitization work,such as the technical route,metadata standards and management norms.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection and inheritance,value mining and innovative utilization of ancient Chinese archives and documents.
