摘　　要：面对档案工作的数智化变革、信息资源管理一级学科设置带来的交叉融合新趋势以及国家“人才强档”战略的新部署,高校档案学专业人才培养面临新形势、新挑战、新要求。通过深入分析档案学专业人才培养面临的新形势,并考虑人工智能时代对创新型、复合型档案人才的核心能力要求,提出了新一代人工智能背景下档案学专业人才能力体系,旨在为培养适应智能档案发展需求的高素质创新人才提供参考。Facing digital intelligence transforms archival practices,the new cross-disciplinary integration spurred by the establishment of first-tier information resource management disciplines and the implementation of the national"talent-driven archives"strategy presents universities with novel situations,challenges,and expectations in cultivating archival professionals.This paper delves into the current landscape of archival science talent development,addressing the core competency demands for innovative and multifaceted archival talents in the AI era.It proposes a competency framework for archival science professionals within the context of next-generation AI,aiming to provide guidance for cultivating high-quality,innovative talents who can meet the evolving needs of intelligent archives.
