摘  要:对比分析采用GB/T 9345.5-2010《塑料灰分的测定第5部分:聚氯乙烯》中方法A和方法C测定碳酸钙填充含铅PVC材料灰分结果的差异,指出碳酸钙填充含铅PVC材料按方法B和方法C测定灰分过程中,碳酸钙转化为硫酸钙导致灰分测定结果偏高,从技术与标准化方面进行了讨论并提出了标准的应用建议。A comparative analysis was conducted on the differences in the ash determination results of lead-containing PVC materials filled with calcium carbonate by method A and method C in GB/T 9345.5-2010 Plastics-Determination of ash-Part 5:Poly(vinyl chloride).It was pointed out that in the determination of ash content in lead-containing PVC materials filled with calcium carbonate according to method B and method C,the conversion of calcium carbonate to calcium sulfate led to higher ash determination results.Technical and standardization aspects were discussed,and suggestions for the application of the national standard were proposed.
