摘  要:采用原位矿化染色技术对纯棉筒子纱进行活性染料染色。优化的染色工艺为:固色碱剂XGA 3.0%(omf),固色时间60 min,矿化pH为3.5,偶合剂XBC为1.5%(omf),氧化剂XYS为5%(omf),60℃矿化处理30 min。结果表明:采用原位矿化染色工艺对纯棉筒子纱进行染色,排放染色残液色度值比传统工艺降低98%,染品耐干摩擦色牢度比传统工艺高半级,耐湿摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度与传统工艺一致,且可获得与传统工艺基本一致的颜色效果。In situ mineralized dyeing technology is used to dye cotton cheese with reactive dye.The optimal dyeing process parameters are XGA of 3.0%(omf),color fixing time of 60 min,p H of 3.5,coupling agent XBC of1.5%(omf),oxidizing agent XYS of 5%(omf),and the mineralization treatment is conducted at 60℃for 30 min.The results show that chromaticity of the discharged residual liquor is 98%lower than that of the traditional process,the color fastness to dry rubbing is half a level higher than that of the traditional process,the color fastness to wet rubbing and soaping are consistent with the traditional process,and the shade is basically consistent with the traditional process.
