摘 要:将PAA-AM(聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)溶液与交联剂混合,采用浸轧法整理聚酯织物,经固化交联制得耐盐性超吸水聚酯织物。探讨了PAA-AM、交联剂和催化剂用量,交联时间和温度对织物吸液性能的影响。结果表明,当PAA-AM质量浓度为800 g/L,丙三醇质量浓度为0.6 g/L,催化剂质量浓度为0.1 g/L,交联温度为180℃,时间为180 s时,制备的织物吸液性能最佳,织物上负载树脂吸盐水倍率为38 g/g,织物表观吸盐水倍率为9.5 g/g。SEM结果表明PAA-AM整理液在聚酯织物纤维间均匀分布;性能测试表明整理后织物具有一定的保盐水性和重复利用性。The PAA-AM(polyacrylic acid-acrylamide)solution and crosslinking agent are mixed and used to polyester fabric finishing by padding method,and the salt-resistant superabsorbent polyester fabric is prepared by curing crosslinking.The effects of PAA-AM dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,catalyst dosage,crosslinking time and temperature on the liquid absorption properties of the fabric are discussed.The results show that when the amount of PAA-AM is 800 g/L,the amount of glycerol is 0.8 g/L,the amount of catalyst is0.1 g/L,the crosslinking temperature is 180℃,and the time is 180 s,the prepared fabric has the best liquid absorption performance.The salt water absorption rate of the resin is 38 g/g,and the apparent salt water absorption rate of the fabric is 9.5 g/g.The SEM results show that the PAA-AM finishing solution is evenly distributed in the polyester fabric fibers.The performance test shows that the finished fabric has certain salt water retention and reusability.
