摘  要:采用氯化胆碱-尿素为低共熔溶剂,应用正交试验法优化超声波辅助低共熔溶剂对菠萝纤维的脱胶工艺。以菠萝纤维的残胶率、断裂强度、白度为评价指标,选取含水量、超声功率、超声温度为自变量设计正交试验,得到最佳的脱胶工艺为:氯化胆碱和尿素物质的量比1∶2.0,含水量20%,超声功率80 W,超声温度60℃,超声时间40 min。在此条件下测得纤维残胶率3.54%,断裂强度4.23 cN/dtex,白度85.2。Choline chloride-urea is used as a deep eutectic solvent.Orthogonal method is used to optimize the ultrasonic assisted deep eutectic solvent degumming process for pineapple fibers.An orthogonal experiment is designed with the residual gum rate,fracture strength,and whiteness of pineapple fibers as evaluation indicators,and with water content,ultrasonic power,and ultrasonic temperature as independent variables.The optimized degumming process is n(choline chloride)∶n(urea)of 1∶2.0,water content of 20%,ultrasonic power of 80 W,ultrasonic treatment at 60℃for 40 min.Under the above conditions,the gum content is 3.54%,the breaking strength is 4.23 cN/dtex,and the whiteness is 85.2.
