聚酯聚醚和聚氨酯类吸湿排汗助剂在涤氨弹性织物中的应用

摘　　要：采用浸渍-浸轧两步法,先用2%(omf)聚酯聚醚类吸湿排汗助剂在聚酯纤维表面交联,再利用20 g/L聚氨酯类吸湿排汗助剂通过与裸露的聚酯聚醚类整理剂的聚醚嵌段结合形成一层膜,赋予聚酯织物优异的吸湿速干性能(洗前0.38 g/h,30次水洗后为0.33 g/h)和耐洗性,同时还可改善织物的抗起毛起球性能(由3~4级提升至4~5级),且不影响耐皂洗色牢度。Moisture management finishing of polyester fabric is applied using two-step dip-padding method.First,2%(omf)polyester polyether agent and polyester fiber are cross linked together,and then a film is formed on the surface of polyester fiber with 20 g/L polyurethane through polyether block,giving polyester fabric excel-lent and durable moisture absorption and quick drying performance(0.38 g/h before washing and 0.33 g/h after 30 times of washing).The finished fabric also has improved anti-pilling performance(from Grade 3-4 to Grade 4-5)without affecting the color fastness to soaping.
