摘　　要：综合业务网是基于综合业务接入区、基站光缆网及宽带驻地网建设的ODN网络,满足各类业务的融合接入。目前各运营商在资源适配建设、业务开通、纤芯分配等方面依然存在很多问题,譬如综区覆盖面积过大、接入光缆距离长而导致业务开通不及时;光交容量不足、纤芯分配不合理等问题,本文从综合业务网网络架构优化及用户需求角度出发,提出双控分析法思路,探讨如何进行资源协同、统筹规划、科学配置,以实现高效、快速的业务接入。Integrated service network is an ODN network based on the construction of integrated service access area,base station optical cable network and broadband resident network,which can mect the integration access of various services.At present,there are still many problems in the resourcc adaptation construction,service opening,fiber core allocation and othcr aspects of opera-tors,such as the coverage area of the comprchensive area is too large,the access cable distance is long,resulting in the service opening is not timely;Due to problems such as insufficient optical traffic capacity and unreasonable fiber core allocation,this paper puts forward the dual-control a-nalysis method from the perspcctive of network architecture optimization of integrated service network and user needs,and discusses how to carry out resource coordination,overall planning and scientific allocation to achieve efficient and fast service access.
