摘 要:随着我国建筑能耗的快速增长,建筑能源审计工作迎来了新一轮的发展和机遇.本文提出一种基于《国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能源审计导则》的公共建筑能源审计拆分计算方法.以湘潭市博物馆、规划馆以及党史馆为例,通过调研获取建筑基础信息,并对照明系统、办公及特殊设备系统和空调及附属设备系统能耗进行拆分计算,同时对各项能耗系数进行修正.计算所得2020—2022年整体建筑的能耗分别为328.8 tce、348.5 tce和374.9 tce,调研获取的实际能耗分别为329.1 tce、355.0 tce、396.9 tce,并且两者逐月相对误差均不超过15%.该方法为公共建筑能耗计算提供了新思路,为建筑节能的进一步改造提供理论依据.With the rapid growth of building energy consumption in China,building energy audit has ushered in a new round of development and opportunities.In this paper,a split calculation method of public building energy audit based on Guidelines for Energy Audit of State Office Buildings and Large Public Buildings is proposed.Taking Xiangtan Museum,Planning Museum and Party History Museum as examples,the energy consumption of lighting system,service equipment system,air conditioning and ancillary equipment system is split and calculated through the basic building information obtained through investigation,and all energy consumption coefficients are revised.The calculated energy consumption of the whole building from 2020 to 2022 is 328.8 tce,348.5 tce and 374.9 tce respectively,and the actual energy consumption obtained through investigation is 329.1 tce,355.0 tce and 396.9 tce respectively,and the monthly relative error of both is less than 15%.This method provides a new idea for the calculation of energy consumption of public buildings and a theoretical basis for the further transformation of building energy efficiency.
