摘 要:以高温高压角阀简化后的阀座组件为研究对象,利用有限元法及Goodman图法分析其服役过程中的应力情况与疲劳寿命,定性讨论阀座热装预应力对阀门性能的影响以及出现焊缝开裂的原因。研究结果表明,出口焊缝开裂为疲劳破坏,温度变化是导致焊缝开裂的主要因素;热装预应力的存在对阀门整体应力分布无影响,但造成进口焊缝平均应力幅值增加,降低了焊缝的疲劳寿命;而出口焊缝应采用U型坡口,可以提升其疲劳寿命。Taking the simplified valve seat's assembly of high temperature and high pressure angle valve as the object of study,both finite element method and Goodman diagram were adopted to analyze both stress and fatigue life in the service process, including qualitatively analyzing the influence of valve seat'spre-stress on the performance of the valve and the cause of weld cracking. The results show that, the exportweld's cracking is fatigue failure, and the temperature change mainly causes the weld cracking. The existenceof hot loading pre-stress has no effect on the overall stress distribution of the valve, but it causes theaverage stress amplitude of the inlet weld to increase, and reduces the fatigue life of the weld. The outletweld with U-shaped groove can improve its fatigue life.
