摘 要:采用有限元分析方法对核级管壳式换热器法兰螺栓连接结构的密封性能进行了研究。考虑垫片的非线性材料特性,应用ANSYS建立了有限元参数化模型,通过非线性分析提取密封垫片上的压应力,与垫片密封比压和垫片系数比较,直观地验证结构的密封可靠性。对影响垫片密封性能的垫片位置和垫片宽度等参数进行了敏感性研究,垫片位置趋于密封面内侧、垫片宽度减小,密封性能越好。Making use of finite element analysis method to investigate sealing performance of the nuclear shell-tube heat exchanger's flange-bolt-joint was implemented,including having the gasket's nonlinear material characteristics considered and ANSYS adopted to establish a parameterized finite element model.Through nonlinear analysis,the sealing gasket's compressive stress was extracted and the sealing reliability of the structure was verified after comparing the compressive stress with the sealing pressure ratio and gasket coefficient.The sensitivity factors of gasket position and gasket width which affecting the sealing performance were studied.The results show that,the sealing performance becomes better while the position of the gasket tends to the inside of the sealing surface.The width of the gasket decreases and the sealing performance becomes better.
