摘  要:根据油品物性,对高凝原油1#原油进行降凝剂试验,通过软件模拟分析差温顺序输送高凝原油过程中的流动特性和传热特性。结果表明:差温顺序输送1#高凝原油时应采用加降凝剂输送工艺,当降凝剂浓度为800ppm时,1#原油凝点可降至36℃;差温顺序输送两种油品时,末站进站温度应高于41℃;投产期间,一个输送批次时间为3.5 d,顺序输送1#原油初期需采用加降凝剂输送工艺;设计流量下,一个输送批次时间为3.0 d,顺序输送1#原油是否采用加降凝剂输送工艺的临界地温为12℃。Considering the physical properties of oil,the pour-point reducer test of 1#high pour-point crude oil was carried out,including making use of the software simulate both flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of the high pour-point crude oil in its differential temperature sequential transportation.The results show that,the pour-point depressant-added delivery process for the 1#high pour-point crude oil should be adopted in the differential temperature sequential transportation.When the concentration of pour-point depression agent stays at 800ppm,the 1#crude oil's freezing point can be reduced to 36 C;when two kinds of oils are transported in differential temperature sequence,the inlet temperature at the end station should be higher than 41℃;during the production,the delivery time of a transportation batch asks for 3.5 days and the pour-point depressant has to be added for the delivery process in the initial stage.Under the design flow rate,the delivery time of a transportation batch is 3.0 days,and the critical ground temperature for the sequential delivery of the 1#crude oil is 12℃.
