摘  要:随着我国城镇化进程的推进,城市新旧社区功能差距加大、交通配置不均衡等问题逐步凸显,尤其是大城市更新片区,受大型交通基础设施先行建设的影响,后续开发的周边土地及城市空间被割裂,整体呈碎片化发展。为解决上述问题,文章以深圳市大运综合交通枢纽项目为例,在分析枢纽所在城市更新片区发展现状及存在问题的基础上,基于“缝合”(即缝合城市)理念,从城市交通缝合、城市功能缝合、城市空间缝合、生态肌理缝合4方面提出枢纽与周边区域融合设计策略及创新方法,以期实现城市交通、空间、生态等多要素的有机融合,也为类似项目提供参考和借鉴。With the advancement of urbanization in China,the gap between the functions of old and new urban communities has widened,and issues such as unbalanced traffic allocation have gradually become prominent,especially in the urban renewal area of large cities,affected by the early construction of large-scale transportation infrastructure,the surrounding land and urban space for subsequent development have been isolated,resulting in an overall fragmented development.To address the aforementioned issues,this article takes the Shenzhen Dayun comprehensive transportation hub project as an example,on the basis of analyzing the current development status and existing issues of the urban renewal area where the hub is located,based on the concept of“sewing”(i.e.urban sewing),the design strategies and innovative methods for the integrated design of the hub and surrounding areas are proposed from four aspects:sewing of urban transportation,sewing of urban function,sewing of urban space,and sewing of ecological texture,so as to achieve the organic integration of multiple elements such as urban transportation,space,and ecology,and to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
