我国花椒产业标准化现状及对策

摘　　要：花椒是我国优势特色农产品,已逐渐发展成为我国部分地区助力乡村产业振兴的重要经济作物。随着国际市场对花椒的需求日益旺盛,我国花椒产业面临难得的发展机遇。通过对花椒产业标准进行整合梳理,分析现行标准的发布时间、类别和内容,归纳出花椒产业标准化工作尚存在标准结构及标准体系不完善、标准制修订工作缓慢、团体标准发展欠规范和对标国际标准工作滞后等问题,提出完善花椒产业标准体系、规范团体标准研制和推进花椒产品国际标准对标达标工作等对策建议,为促进我国花椒产业抢抓国际市场先机、步入高质量发展阶段提供参考。Zanthoxylum bungeanum is a unique and advantageous agricultural product in China,which has gradually developed into an important economic crop for rural revitalization in some areas.With the increasing demand for Chinese Zanthoxylum bungeanum in the international market,the industry is facing rare development opportunities.By integrating and sorting out the standards of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum industry,analyzing the release time,standard category,and content of the current standards,this paper identified problems such as the imperfections of the standard system and standard structure,the slow progress of standard formulation and revision work,the lack of standardization in the development of group standards,and the lagging behind in the work of aligning Zanthoxylum bungeanum products with international standards.It proposed recommendations such as improving the standard system of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry,standardizing the development of group standards,and promoting the alignment of Zanthoxylum bungeanum products with international standards,with the aim of providing reference for promoting the industry to seize the opportunities in the international market and enter the stage of highquality development.
