摘　　要：海洋档案数字资源作为海洋事业发展记忆的重要载体,在海洋文化传承和海洋强国建设中发挥着重要的作用,实现海洋档案数字资源安全管理是发挥其价值的前提。本文概述了海洋档案数字资源的结构和特点,以及海洋档案数字资源安全管理的意义,分析了在数据时代背景下海洋档案数字资源同其他各类档案数字资源面临的相同困境,在此基础上从海洋档案工作实际探讨海洋档案数字资源进行有效安全管理策略,阐述了当前中国海洋档案馆在安全管理方面的实践。Digital resources of marine archives,as an important carrier of memory for the development of the marine industry,play an important role in the inheritance of marine culture and the construction of a maritime power.Realizing the security management of digital resources of marine archives is a prerequisite for realizing its value.This article first outlines the structure and characteristics of digital resources in marine archives,as well as the significance of secure management of digital resources in marine archives.It analyzes the challenges faced by marine archive digital resources and other types of archive digital resources in the context of the data age.Based on this analysis,it explores effective strategies for secure management of derived from practical work in marine archives.Finally,it elaborates the current practice of security management in China's marine archives.
