摘  要:利用持续30年的CCMP分析风场数据,对中国海上油气田开发海域进行了风能资源评估。评估结果表明:不同海区的油气田风能资源分布差异较大,其中东海油气田群的海面风能资源最为丰富,风资源等级可达7级以上,海上油气平台周围10km范围内风能资源技术可开发量可达98~106万kW,风能资源稳定性最好;南海东部油气田群次之,一般可达6级以上,海上油气平台周围10km范围风能资源技术可开发量可达90~104万kW,风能资源月变化和季节变化较强;南海西部油气田群又次之,风资源等级一般可达4级,海上油气平台周围10 km范围风能资源技术可开发量可达58~78万kW,风能稳定性总体月变化较季节变化强,且区域内不同油气田风能稳定性指数数值差异较大;渤海油气田群除渤海南部及中东部外,海面风能资源大多在4级以下,海上油气平台周围10 km范围风能资源技术可开发量一般在42~58万kW之间,风能短期变化较强,月变化和季节变化较弱。相关研究结论可为我国海上油气田海域的海洋清洁能源规划与开发利用提供基础科学依据。Using 30 years of Cross Calibrated Multi-Platform(CCMP)wind field data,an assessment of wind energy resources was conducted for the offshore areas of China offshore oil and gas fields.The assessment results are illustrated as follows:There are significant different patterns of wind energy resources in different offshore oil and gas fields.Among them,the East China Sea oil and gas fields has the most abundant sea surface wind energy resources,with wind resource levels reaching level 7 or higher.The technically exploitable wind energy resources can reach 980~1060 MW,and the stability of wind energy resources is the best;The oil and gas fields in the eastern part of the South China Sea come second,generally reaching level 6 or higher.The technically exploitable wind energy resources within 10 km radius can reach 900~1040 MW,and the monthly and seasonal changes are strong;The oil and gas fields in the western South China Sea come third,with wind resource levels generally reaching level 4,and the technically exploitable wind energy resources within 10 km radius can reach 580~780 MW.The overall wind energy stability exhibits stronger monthly variations than seasonal variations,and there are significant differences in wind energy stability index values among different oil and gas fields within the region.Except for the southern and central eastern parts of the Bohai Sea,most of the offshore wind energy resources in the Bohai oil and gas fields are below level 4.The technically exploitable wind energy resources within 10 km radius is generally around 420~580 MW,with strong short-term stable changes in wind energy and relatively weak monthly and seasonal changes.The relevant research conclusions can provide a scientific basis for the planning and utilization of marine clean energy in China's offshore oil and gas fields.
