摘 要:保护煤柱合理留设宽度的确定对保障煤层工作面及周边设施的安全稳定具有重要意义。为研究保护煤柱的合理留设宽度,基于Abaqus软件,利用Python语言编制程序。首先建立了能够模拟不同煤柱宽度的动态参数化模型,然后分析了不同保护煤柱宽度下的巷道变形规律,最后基于MATLAB语言编制了有限元优化分析程序,以巷道和保护煤柱变形量最小为优化目标对参数化有限元模型进行计算,得出了合理的保护煤柱宽度。仿真结果与现场监测数据的对比,验证了计算结果的正确性和优化方法的有效性。The determination of reasonable width of protective coal pillar is of great significance to the safety and stability of the working face and the surrounding facilities of the coal seam.In order to study the reasonable width of protective coal pillar,based on the Abaqus software,the program was prepared by using the Python language.First of all,a dynamic model capable of simulating the dynamic changes of coal pillars of different widths was established,then the deformation law of the roadway under the different widths of protective coal pillar was analyzed,and finally,based on MATLAB language,a finite element optimization analysis program was prepared to calculate the parameterized finite element model with the minimum deformation of the roadway and the protective coal pillar as the optimization objective,and a reasonable width of the protective coal pillar was proposed.The validity of the calculation results and the effectiveness of the method were verified by comparing the simulation results with the field monitoring data.
