摘 要:为提升选煤厂生产效率与煤炭产品质量,采用系统分析方法,以X选煤厂为例,深入分析其选煤工艺现状,并设计了1套升级改造方案,并对比改造前后生产数据,旨在验证升级改造在提升生产能力与煤炭产品质量方面的效果。结果表明,基于机器学习优化模型的选煤工艺升级改造显著提高了选煤厂处理能力与煤炭产品质量,降低了生产过程中的能耗与环境污染,可为选煤厂可持续发展提供强有力的技术支持与实践指导。In order to improve the production efficiency and coal product quality of coal preparation plant,taking X Coal Preparation Plant as an example,a systematic analysis method was adopted to deeply analyze the current situation of its coal preparation process,a set of upgrading plan was designed,and the production data before and after the transformation was compared,aiming to verify the effect of upgrading on improving production capacity and coal quality.The results show that the upgrading of coal preparation process based on machine learning optimization model significantly improved the processing capacity of coal preparation plant and the quality of coal product,and reduced energy consumption and environmental pollution in the production process,which can provide strong technical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of coal preparation plant.
