摘 要:山西A铝土矿属于沉积型铝土矿床,采用房柱法开采,要实现矿石采出率与采场稳定性关系的平衡,合理设计采场参数是关键。以该矿实际地质开采条件为工程背景,采用理论分析与数值模拟的方法,在留设矿柱宽度为4 m固定不变的前提下,对比分析了3种不同留采比(分别为1∶1、1∶1.5、1∶2)开采方案下的采场稳定性。研究结果表明:随着矿房开采宽度的增大,矿柱竖直应力峰值逐渐增大并且应力向矿柱内部集中,顶底板位移与塑性破坏区也随之增大。留采比1∶1.5(留设矿柱宽度4 m,开采矿房宽度6 m)为该矿最优的矿柱与矿房留采比,可最大限度提高矿石的采出率,同时保障采场的稳定性,可为山西省铝土矿安全高质量开发提供理论支持。A Bauxite in Shanxi Province belongs to sedimentary type and is mined by room-pillar method.Reasonable design of stope parameters is the key to balance the relationship between ore recovery rate and stope stability.Based on the actual geological mining conditions of the mine,the stope stability of three mining schemes with different pillar to room ratios(1∶1,1∶1.5,1∶2)was compared and analyzed with the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation under the premise of the fixed pillar width of 4 m.The results showed that with the increase of room width,the peak value of vertical stress of pillar gradually increased and stress concentrated inside the pillar,and the displacement of roof and floor and the plastic failure zone also increased.The pillar to room ratio 1∶1.5(the pillar width was 4 m and the room width was 6 m)was the optimal ratio,which can maximize the ore recovery rate and ensure the stability of stope.It can provide theoretical support for the safe and high-quality development of bauxite in Shanxi Province.
