摘 要:三软煤层(软的顶板岩层、软的主采煤层和软的煤层底板岩层)瓦斯治理是煤矿安全面临的难题之一。焦家寨煤矿52105工作面目前开采的煤层属于三软煤层,在瓦斯抽采过程中抽采钻孔不但塌孔严重,而且施工困难。针对这种情况,采用了瓦斯综合治理模式,将本煤层瓦斯抽放和穿层钻孔抽放相结合。重点分析了瓦斯治理的方案,主要是钻孔的布置参数。研究结果表明,在进行综合治理后,上隅角瓦斯体积分数为0.65%左右,回风流瓦斯体积分数为0.32%左右,确保了工作面的安全生产。Gas control in three soft coal seams(soft roof strata,soft main mining seams,and soft coal seam floor strata)is one of the challenges facing coal mine safety.The coal seam currently being mined in 52105 working face of Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine belongs to the three soft coal seam.During the gas extraction process,the drilling holes not only collapse severely,but also face difficulties in construction.In response to this situation,a comprehensive gas control model was adopted,which combines the gas drainage from the coal seam with the drainage through layer drilling.This paper focused on the analysis of gas control schemes,mainly the layout parameters of drilling holes.The research results show that after comprehensive treatment,the volume fraction of gas in the upper corner is about 0.65%,and the volume fraction of gas in the return air flow is about 0.32%,ensuring the safety production of the working face.
