摘 要:煤矿巷道常用的长距离掘进技术虽然具有多种优点,但是长距离供风也会造成沿途漏风量变大,工作面有效风量降低,使得通风安全存在较大的问题。结合庞庞塔煤矿掘进3500 m的长巷道,探讨了长距离通风技术的优缺点,以确保长距离通风可以提高通风机的风量和减少巷道的漏风量,并经过一系列验算,最终决定在庞庞塔煤矿采用2×55 kW的局部通风机和节长为10 m、直径为1 m以上的风筒。Although the long distance driving technology commonly used in coal mine roadway has many advantages,the long distance air supply will also cause the air leakage along the way to increase and the effective air volume of the working face to decrease,which makes the ventilation safety have a big problem.Considering the 3500 m long roadway excavated in Pangpangta Coal Mine,the advantages and disadvantages of long distance ventilation technology were discussed to ensure that the air volume of the fan can be improved and the air leakage of the roadway can be reduced in long distance ventilation.After a series of checking calculations,it was finally decided to use 2×55 kW local fan and ducts with a pitch length of 10 m and a diameter of more than 1 m in Pangpangta Coal Mine.
