摘 要:为实现精采细收、提高生产效益,经坊煤业进行窄煤柱沿空掘巷工艺应用试验。以3-509综放工作面为工程背景,借助数值模拟、工程类比等手段进行煤柱留设及巷道支护方案研究,结果表明:煤柱宽度为7 m时沿空巷道围岩应力情况有利于其稳定,表面变形量总体较小,依照数值模拟结果设计的“锚杆+锚索”联合支护方案实践阶段围岩控制效果显著,锚杆支护性能得到充分发挥,可保证沿空巷道围岩的整体稳定。In order to achieve fine mining and improve production efficiency,Jingfang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.intended to conduct an application test of narrow coal pillar excavation along the gob.With 3-509 fully-mechanized caving face as the engineering background,the study on coal pillar setting and roadway support scheme was carried out by means of numerical simulation and engineering analogy.The results showed that when the coal pillar width was 7 m,the surrounding rock stress of gob side roadway was conducive to its stability,and the surface deformation was generally small;the combined support scheme of"anchor bolt+anchor cable"designed according to the numerical simulation results had remarkable control effect on surrounding rock in the practical stage,and the supporting performance of anchor bolt was fully brought into play,which can ensure the overall stability of surrounding rock of gob side roadway.
