摘 要:旨在探讨综合自动化技术在采区变电站发展与应用中的重要性和潜力。采用综合自动化技术能够有效解决采区变电站存在的安全隐患、能源浪费和运营成本高等问题。介绍了综合自动化技术的基本概念、特点,以及其在煤矿生产中的应用现状。同时,还探讨了采区变电站所面临的问题与挑战。接着,详细阐述了综合自动化技术在采区变电站中智能监测与诊断、自动控制与调节、数据采集与处理等方面的应用。最后,提出了综合自动化采区变电站的发展策略,包括技术升级与改造、人才培养与引进等建议。It is aimed to discuss the importance and potential of integrated automation technology in the development and application of substation in mining area.The use of integrated automation technology can effectively solve the problems of hidden safety,energy waste and high operating costs in substations in mining areas.The basic concept,characteristics and application status of integrated automation technology in coal mine production were introduced.At the same time,the problems and challenges faced by substations in mining areas were also discussed.Then,the application of integrated automation technology in intelligent monitoring and diagnosis,automatic control and regulation,data acquisition and processing of substation in mining area was described in detail.Finally,the development strategy of integrated automation substation in mining area was put forward,including technical upgrading and transformation,personnel training and introduction.
