摘 要:随着脑血管疾病发病率的不断升高,活血化瘀类中药在保护脑血管作用方面日益成为研究热点,川芎嗪(tetramethylpyrazine,TMP)是从中药川芎中提取出来的吡嗪类活性成分,具有抗炎、免疫调节、扩张血管等多重作用。大量的体内外研究证实TMP通过保护血管内皮细胞、保护神经元、抗炎抗氧化、抗血小板聚集等方式对脑血管疾病发挥良好的保护作用。对TMP的脑血管病保护作用及其机制进行综述,并针对目前有关TMP的联合用药进行分析,以更好地明确TMP的治疗途径和作用机理,进而促进TMP研究的开展以及临床上更好地应用。With the increasing incidence of cerebrovascular diseases, Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis have increasingly become research hotspots in protecting cerebrovascular diseases. Tetramethylpyrazine is a pyrazine active ingredient extracted from Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),which has many functions such as anti-inflammation, immunoregulation and vasodilation. A large number of in vitro and in vivo studies have confirmed that ligustrazine can protect vascular endothelial cells, neurons, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and anti-platelet aggregation. In this paper, the cerebral vascular protective effect and its mechanism of ligustrazine were reviewed, and the current combined use of ligustrazine was analyzed, so as to better clarify the therapeutic approach and mechanism of ligustrazine, and further promote the development of ligustrazine research and better clinical application.
