摘　　要：当下全国各地文旅产业现象级爆火层出不穷,复兴和发展文旅产业是当下地方经济复苏的重要动力。哈尔滨中央大街是汇聚东北地域特色与国际交流的重要窗口,也是哈尔滨城市中心集商业、文化、居住功能为一体的重要街区。然而,中央大街历史文化街区内各街道活力差异显著,辅街活力未能被充分激活。为构建当前中央大街历史文化街区活力画像,探究辅街活力影响因素并提升和协调街区整体活力,本文通过无人机航测技术采集街道驻留活力数据,结合计算机视觉技术中的语义分割与目标检测算法,对中央大街辅街进行驻留活力评测与影响因素探究。The current surge in cultural tourism industry is proliferating across the nation,and the resurgence and advancement of this sector are pivotal drivers for local economic recovery.Harbin Central Street serves as a significant showcase for the regional characteristics of Northeast China and international exchanges,functioning as an important block that integrates commercial,cultural,and residential activities in Harbin's city center.However,the vitality of each street in the historical and cultural street area of the Central Street is significantly different,and the vitality of auxiliary streets has not been fully activated.In order to construct the vitality portrait of the current historical and cultural streets of Central Street,explore factors infuencing auxiliary street vitality,and enhance and coordinate the overall vitality of the block,this study utilized UAV aerial survey technology to collect stationary vitality data on the streets,combined with semantic segmentation and target detection algorithms in computer vision technology to evaluate stationary vitality on auxiliary streets of Central Street.
