关中地区农宅建筑工业化现状及地域特征提升初探——以西安市临潼区刘寨村为例

摘　　要：乡村建筑工业化的发展提升了农宅的居住品质以及建筑质量,然而其均一化、标准化的特性加剧了“千村一面”的匀质化现象,与乡村传统风貌传承相矛盾。本文选取关中刘寨村作为研究对象,利用实景三维与GIS技术,对其工业化现状及风貌进行研究分析,得到关中乡村建筑工业化与风貌的矛盾点,结合关中传统民居的特征要素,对其进行提升优化,探索出了适用于当地建筑工业化的改善途径。Although the development of rural construction industrialization has improved the living quality and building quality of rural houses,its characteristics of uniformity and standardization also aggravate the homogenization phenomenon of"one thousand villages",which is contradictory with the inheritance of the rural traditional style.In view of the above phenomenon,the research goal of this paper is to apply the technical means of industrialization and improve the traditional regional characteristics of agricultural houses in Guanzhong.This paper selects the Guanzhong Liuzhai vilage as a research object,the use of real 3D and GIS technology,study the industrialization situation and style analysis,get the Guanzhong rural construction contradiction of industrialization and style,combined with the characteristics of the Guanzhong traditional residential elements,improve optimization,explore the improvement way for the local building industrialization.
