摘 要:面对全球能源和环境问题,对城市的外部空间采用绿色生产性策略十分重要,但是目前针对建筑外部垂直空间的生产性提升方法还存在大量空白,因此本文研究目标旨在构建适宜我国城市既有住区建筑外部垂直空间绿色生产性提升适建部位的评估体系。研究利用层次分析法和频度分析法构建评估标准,并量化评估指标,确定了垂直空间绿色生产性提升的最佳适建部位,而后应用评估体系,选择天津市代表性街区进行仿真模拟,验证了评估体系的有效性和可行性。最终研究建立了一套针对我国城市现状的既有住区建筑外部垂直空间绿色生产性提升评估方法,为合理利用建筑外部垂直空间提供了设计方法和定量依据,为推动城市可持续发展,为解决粮食安全、能源危机等问题提供了参考依据,也为绿色生产性策略与建筑结合提供新的实践思路。In the face of global energy and environmental challenges,it is crucial to implement effective strategies for the exterior spaces of cities.However,there are significant gaps in methods to enhance productivity in the vertical exterior spaces of buildings.Therefore,the study aims to develop an assessment system tailored for identifying suitable locations for enhancing green productivity in the vertical exterior spaces of buildings within existing settlements in China.The study utilizes hierarchical analysis and frequency analysis to establish assessment criteria and quantify assessment indexes to identify the most suitable site for enhancing green productivity in vertical spaces.Subsequently,the assessment system is applied,and representative neighborhoods in Tianjin are selected for simulation to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the assessment system.The final study established a set of assessment methods to enhance green productivity in the vertical exterior spaces of existing urban settlements in Chinese cities.These methods provide design strategies and quantitative data to support the rational utilization of vertical exterior spaces of buildings.They offer a reference point for advancing the sustainable development of cities,addressing issues related to food security and energy crises,and introducing innovative ideas for integrating productivity and architecture.
